Claire had some major content edits to make mid-development. Because we are a small team of two, we were able to give her options + adapt our process on the fly. Claire was able to decide between us making those edits for an additional fee or get access to the development site to make the changes herself.
Our template was so easy to use that Claire jumped right into making changes without any sort of instruction from us.
While she got a Google Doc user manual at the end of the project, she didn’t need it to add + edit pages while we wrapped up the details of her new website.
Sure she’s tech savvy. But the backend of Facebook Ads is different than the backend of a tiny blue orange WordPress website. And now that she has her updated site, Claire feels comfortable making changes in both areas.
