Can I host more than one site?
Yes! Once you’re a Site Care Club member, you can add additional WordPress sites to your plan for $40/month each. These Site Annexes include the same monitoring + update perks your primary site gets. Your entire online empire deserves it.
Do I need to wait until my current hosting is up for renewal?
Nope. Most hosting companies offer prorated refunds if you cancel early. We’ll let you know exactly when to make the switch + what to say, so you don’t get stuck paying for two hosting plans at the same time.
Will my site go down during the move?
It won’t go down, but we will kick you out for a couple hours. While we work behind the scenes to copy your files + migrate your site to our managed servers, you’ll temporarily be locked out of your WordPress dashboard. The site will stay live + functional the whole time — it’s a true pro move.
Do you offer email accounts?
Email accounts aren’t part of the Site Care Club, but we can absolutely point you to a professional solution like Google Workspace. Just like you’re leaving the site hosting + maintenance to experts, we leave email services to those who do it best.
How do I pay for Site Care Club?
Payments are processed automatically through Stripe once you set up your first payment. You can use a credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
Prefer to pay by check? We’ll provide the invoice, you can set up recurring mailed payment.
Where should I buy my domain?
We recommend Hover because it’s simple to use + protects your privacy. This link saves you $2 + saves us $2 on our next renewal — thank you! If you already own your domain or want to use another registrar, that works too.
Can I cancel my Site Care Club membership early?
Of course. We’d hate to see you go, but with at least 7 days’ notice, we’ll cancel your next payment + provide a backup of your site to download. No weird lock-in terms or hoops to jump through.
One client moved away from our services, only to reach back out 6 months later when their new host fell short. They’ve now been in the Site Care Club — again — for 3 years, with no plans to leave.
